Software Sales Manager with a Top 100 Employer     Apply Online

We are looking for a senior sales person with extensive hands-on enterprise software solution sales experience to help respond to the continuing growth in demand for our world class solutions.

Responsibilities of this role include (but may not be limited to):

• Able to demonstrate experience in packaged software sales in a demanding environment through sales best practices, training & support.

• Ability to communicate masterfully on products, product releases and service offerings.

• Work with marketing to drive programs and events to extend the relationships to new prospects.

• Ability to manage a complex, enterprise solution sale including managing the proposal/bid process.

• Desire to continually improve selling skills.

• Ability to show thorough industry knowledge and technical competence when demonstrating our software products and respond to complex questions on the fly.

• Providing timely reporting of pipeline and forecast.

• Keeping abreast of competition, competitive issues and products.

• Attending and participating in sales meetings, product seminars and trade shows.

• Preparing concise written presentations, reports, and price quotations.

Required Knowledge/Skills/Job Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

• Detail oriented and organized

• Highly motivated with a desire to be successful

• Effective time management skills

• Sales training experience

• Strong listening skills

Education and Formal Training:

• College or University degree required.

Experience:

• Enterprise software experience preferred.

• 5+ years sales experience in the software sales industry.

• Ability to manage a pipeline with multiple accounts.

• Senior Sales / Major Account achievement.

• Proven success prospecting, building a pipeline, moving opportunities through the sales cycle; proposing, presenting and discussing solutions with C-level and other decision-makers.
